Luang Prabang

Luang Prabang is a very nice and chilled out little city. We stayed there for a few days, time for Camille to recover. However we enjoyed walks along the Mekong, the nightmarket and the relaxed atmospere of the city. We were slightly disappointed by the Laos cuisine, which is not as exciting as Thai food. But Laos people seemed to be really friendly and we were pretty excited to discover the rest of the country ! 

Luang Prabang est une petite ville tres agreable et tranquille. Nous y sommes restes quelques jours, le temps que j'aille mieux. On a quand meme apprecie les balades au bord du Mekong, le marche nocturne et l'ambiance tres decontractee de la ville. On a legerement ete decus par la cusine laotienne, pas aussi savoureuse que la cuisine thai. Mais la population etait tres accueillante et on avait hate de decouvrir le reste du pays !
